Problem
Good ideas stop not because the idea is wrong, but because nobody executes long enough. Time is an exponent in this thesis, not a multiplier — and that is the part most often missing.
Constraint
A small studio has exactly one genuinely scarce resource: attention. Working on many things at once means none of them gets the time component its own thesis requires.
Each track carries a different shape of risk, and putting them through one process means judging all of them by the wrong measure.
Decision
I split the work into three tracks with firm boundaries. Internal Product for what is built and owned outright. Co-Build for what is built alongside another founder. Portfolio for what is backed without being executed directly.
The split sets how much attention each track may ask for, and turns saying no into a decision that can be explained rather than a feeling.
Outcome
Running. kitqu and Sangga sit in the Internal Product track.
TODO — confirm with Sigit: whether any Co-Build or Portfolio project may be named.
